The authors construct a two-dimensional linear differential equation with \(2\pi\)-periodic coefficients in three angles. The angles are linear with respect to time, with incommensurable frequencies. The system has positive Lyapunov exponents and the rotation number changes in a continuous way when some parameter moves. They construct a lift to \(T^3 \times \mathbb{R}^2\) which is of class \(L^p\) for any \(p<2\).
