This paper deals with linear multistep discretizations of general semi-explicit index 2 differential-algebraic equations (DAEs). Regular and singular blocking are used to stabilize the methods. A general convergence theorem is proved. Then a new class of nonstiff difference corrections methods is established. Numerical experiments are presented.
