A new approach to solution of inverse problems for a wave equation in domains with moving boundaries (Q1594244)

The author suggests a new approach to solving moving boundary value problems, which consists in the application of methods for solving inverse problems, taking into account the interactions between nonlinear arguments. Using the uniform model of propagation of perturbations in continuous media with a finite velocity, one determines the dependences between the values of the functions under consideration on the moving boundaries and at other points and takes into account the actual delay values.
