The paper is devoted to the study of certain questions on tariff and exchange rate of consumption and investment in an open economy. A (deterministic) model included the influence of the above factors is proposed. Steady state optimality conditions are analyzed. Dynamics of capital and market price are described. The effects of tariffs and exchange rate on the social welfare are investigated.
