The authors consider systems of \(l\) ordinary differential equations on the interval \(J=(0,1)\) with nonsmooth coefficients. The respective bilinear form is not coercive and generate a nonbounded operator \(A\) in the Hilbert space \(L_2(J)^l.\) Under some conditions, the authors prove a representation of the resolvent \((A-\lambda)^{-1}\) for large \(|\lambda|\) and find the asymptotics of the spectrum. Abel's summability of the respective Fourier series is also investigated.
