Let \(\Gamma\) denote a bounded closed subset of the \(w\)-plane, \(\sum (\Gamma)\) -- the class of functions meromorphic and univalent in the complement of the set \(\Gamma\) and in a neighbourhood of the point \(\infty\) having the series expansion of the form \(T(w)= w+a_0+ {a_1\over w}\dots\). We know the following theorem: Let \(D\) be a two-ply connected domain such that its complement to the plane \(\overline\mathbb{C}\) consists of two disjoint continua: \(\Gamma\) (bounded) and \(B\). Let the function \(w=w(z)\) holomorphic and univalent in the ring \(r<|z|<R\) map conformally the ring onto the domain \(D\) and \(\Gamma\) corresponds to the circle \(|z|=r\). Then there exists the unique function \(T_w(w)\) of the class \(\sum(\Gamma)\) such that the superposition \(\Phi_w(z)= T_w\circ w(z)\) defined in the ring \(r<|z|<R\) has an analytic continuation to the disc \(|z|<R\), \(\Phi_w(0)=0\), and this continuation is a function holomorphic and univalent in the disc. Naturally, this theorem is a typical existence theorem. In order to obtain a constructive version of this theorem one can use different methods. In the paper the author proceeds in accordance with the idea of Löwner's parametric method (K. Löwner, 1923) and obtains three theorems.
