The author establishes new sufficient conditions for the oscillatory behavior of all solutions of the high-order linear difference equation \(\Delta^{m+1} x_{n-1}+p_n x_n=0\), \(n=0,1,\dots\), where \(m\geq 1\) is an odd integer, and \(p_n\geq 0\). The following is the main result: Theorem: Suppose that \[ \sum^\infty_{n=n_0} p_n\exp \left[{1\over m!} \sum^n_{i=n_0} \left({i \over 2^m}\right)^{(m)}p_i \right]= \infty,\quad \text{or} \quad \sum^\infty n^{m-1}p_n= \infty \] holds true, then every solution of the above equation is oscillatory.
