The magnetic fluids consist of ordinary nonconducting liquids in which very fine small particles of ferromagnetic material are suspended freely. They are assumed to be nonconducting, and the forces are involved only due to polarization. The aim of this paper is to study the effect of two sinusoidally perturbed boundaries and a normal magnetic field on the behavior of weakly nonlinear waves at the interface of two superposed magnetic fluids within these boundaries. The existence conditions for Stokes waves near the critical state and their stability are discussed.
