The author studies some homomorphisms between Artin-Tits groups (also called generalized braid groups or Artin groups), that he calls LCM-homomorphisms. His main results are that the LCM-homomorphisms respect the normal forms on the associated Artin-Tits monoids, and that they are injective if both groups, the source and the target of the homomorphism, are FC type Artin-Tits groups.
