The author considers second-order Sturm-Liouville differential equations with a small parameter multiplying the second order differential term. The finite difference analogues are formulated and Green's functions are developed. Bounds for the norms of the solutions are obtained in terms of the norms of the exciting functions. The analysis is given for analogues with the differences being arbitrarily non-uniform.
