A quantum cosmological model of gravitation interacting with a charged Brans-Dicke type scalar field has been discussed in the Pauli frame. The Wheeler-DeWitt equation is solved in the semi classical approximation by applying the WKB approximation. The wave function of the universe is obtained by applying Vilenkin-like and Hartle-Hawking-like boundary conditions. Authors infer that the Vilenkin's boundary condition is more reasonable in Brans-Dicke gravity model, leading to a large energy density at the beginning of the inflation.
