A protopological group, by definition, is a group \(G\) with a topology such that there is a system of normal subgroups \(\{N\}\) approaching the identity of \(G\) with the property that \(G/N\) is a topological group. In this paper the author studies the problem when the product of protopological groups is a protopological group.
