The so-called squeezed states of the free Bose field are obtained by the application of Bogoliubov transformations to thermal states. Their mathematical properties, in particular the positivity of \(P\)-representation, which corresponds to ``classicality'', is precisely characterized. A particular class of squeezed white noise states is used to define a driving noise term for the quantum stochastic differential equation. Ito tables of the corresponding stochastic calculus and the generators of dynamical semigroups obtained by the averaging over the noise are derived and discussed in details.
