The paper is devoted to some computational problems in mathematical modeling of the dynamics of the immune response during an infectious disease. An approach to the construction and analysis of mathematical models is developed, based on nonlinear delay differential equations. The principles of numerical model-sensitivity analysis relying on adjoint equations are presented.
