[For part I see the author in Oper. Theory, Adv. Appl. 113, 45--64 (2000; Zbl 0964.30018).] Let \(H^p({\mathbb D})\) be the Hardy space on the unit disk \(\mathbb D\), \(p>0\). For an inner function \(\Theta\) let \(\rho(\Theta)\) denote the boundary spectrum of \(\Theta\). Denote by \(\Theta^*(H^p)\) the set of all functions \(f\in H^p\) admitting analytic continuation across \({\mathbb T}\setminus \rho(\Theta)\) and such that \(f(x)=\Theta(x)\overline{g(x)x}\) for some \(g\in H^p\) almost everywhere on \(\mathbb T\). The author is interested in the question, for which Borel measures \(\mu\) on \(\overline{\mathbb D}\) the inequality \(\int_{\overline{\mathbb D}}| f| ^pd| \mu| <\infty\) holds, for all \(f\in \Theta^*(H^p)\). Let \(C_p(\Theta)\) be the set of such measures. The investigation of the problem is related to the property of an inner function to be one-component. An inner function is one-component if the set \(\{z\in {\mathbb D}:| \Theta(z)| <\varepsilon\}\) is connected for some \(\varepsilon>0\). Different criteria for the function to be one-component are proved. In particular it is proved that \(\Theta\) is one-component if and only is \(C_p(\Theta)\) is \(p\) independent. The complete description of the set \(C_p(\Theta)\) for all \(p\) is given when \(\Theta\) is a finite product of interpolating Blaschke products which zero set is contained in a Stolz angle with vertex at \(1\). Different examples, some of them rather unexpected, are constructed in the last section.
