The author studies semi-invariant submanifolds of LP-cosymplectic manifolds \(M\). He obtains some necessary and sufficient conditions for the integrability of certain distributions on semi-invariant submanifolds of \(M\). Moreover, totally umbilical and totally geodesic submanifolds are also discussed.
