This paper mainly deals with covariance in general relativity and scale covariance in scale-relativity theory. The author discusses the `principle of general covariance' in general relativity, proves that the Newton equations of motion with an external force of gravitation, become, in general relativity, free equations of motion thanks to the geometric description of space-time that gives general relativity; moreover, the scale-covariant derivative complex Hamilton-Jacobi equations, the form of energy, relativistic invariant, equations with electromagnetic field, complex angular momentum `scale-covariant representation' of quantum mechanics, complex derivation in \(p\)-space, Dirac equation, and symmetric product and the Leibniz rule are also considered. The main result of this paper is that a possible expression of the Dirac equation in the present framework and the equations of motion in the Riemannian case are deduced; the same work may be carried out for the Pauli equation, too.
