The author considers nonholonomic dynamical systems subject to high-order nonholonomic constraints. A special attention is paid to the case when these constraints are prescribed in advance, and then one looks for modeling (programming) methods to describe the structure of the dynamical system. The author claims that, together with material constraints, there are also nonmaterial constraints whose sorces (i.e. reactions) are not in other bodies. The generalized differential equations of the program motion are derived for high-order nonholonomic constraints. An example illustrating the theory is discussed in detail. Additionally some examples of dynamical systems with high-order nonholonomic non-material constraints are mentioned in the introduction.
