Let \({\mathfrak u}\subset{\mathfrak g}\) be finite-dimensional complex Lie algebras with associated connected Lie groups \(U\subset G\). It has been shown by \textit{J.-H.~Lu} [Commun. Math. Phys. 212, 337-370 (2000; Zbl 1008.53064)] that any dynamical r-matrix \(r\) for the pair \(({\mathfrak u},{\mathfrak g})\) induces naturally a Poisson homogeneous structure on \(G/U\) and that if \({\mathfrak g}\) is simple and \({\mathfrak u}\) is a Cartan subalgebra, then this correspondence is one to one. Let us recall that a classical dynamical \(r\)-matrix for the pair \(({\mathfrak u},{\mathfrak g})\) is a \({\mathfrak u}\)-equivariant formal power series \[ r\in({\mathfrak g}\otimes{\mathfrak g})[[x_1,\dots,x_u]], \] where \(x_1,\dots,x_u\) is a basis in \(\mathfrak u\), that satisfies the classical dynamical Yang-Baxter equation \[ (dr)^{123}+(dr)^{231}+(dr)^{312}+[r^{12},r^{13}]+[r^{12},r^{23}]+ [r^{13},r^{23}] =0. \] Here \(dr\in({\mathfrak g}\otimes{\mathfrak g}\otimes{\mathfrak u})[[x_1,\dots,x_u]]\) is the derivative of \(r\). The authors describe a correspondence between the moduli space of dynamical r-matrices for the pair \(({\mathfrak u},{\mathfrak g})\) and Poisson homogeneous structures on \(G/U\) proving that under a certain condition it is a bijection. Then they apply this result to the case when \({\mathfrak g}\) is semisimple and \({\mathfrak u}\) is a reductive Lie subalgebra that contains some Cartan subalgebra of \({\mathfrak g}\), and the Lie bialgebra structure on \({\mathfrak g}\) is triangular. They give an explicit description of all Poisson homogeneous structures on \(G/U\) in this case.
