Interpolation problems for analytic functions with symmetries appear naturally in electrical engineering. The present paper is concerned with matrix valued analytic functions, with such conformal involution symmetries, defined in the unit disk, and satisfying a certain growth condition (e.g. the Hardy space norm finite). The already well established methods of rational matrix functions theory (as for instance exposed in the monograph: \textit{J. Z. Ball}, \textit{I. Gohberg} and \textit{L. Rodman}, Interpolation of rational matrix functions (1990; Zbl 0708.15011) are adapted to this specific situation. However, the paper is self-contained, well written, and accessible to beginners or customers from other fields.
