In this 8-page letter with 11 references, the author has continued his earlier research work from the 1980's on quantum cosmology and certain other related questions. In particular, it is proved here in detail that for the Freund-Robin, Englert and Awada-Duff-Pope models, the macroscopic universe, in which we all are living, should be four instead of seven-dimensional, without appealing to the anthropic principle. The problem of explicit number of dimensions of the universe in various kinds of specific models is of paramount significance. In this approach, Kaluza-Klein cosmologies do play a very useful role. It is argued that since the creation probability is inserted with negative sign of the Euclidean action in the exponential, the actual chance of creating a 7-dimensional macro-universe is exponentially suppressed in comparison with that of the 4-dimensional situation. The desirability of following the quantum cosmological path to explore successfully the dimensionality problem is explained, too.
