In a previous work the authors studied holomorphic actions of a complex Lie group on a compact complex manifold having an open set of compact orbits [Comment. Math. Helv. 64, 639-649 (1989; Zbl 0694.32018)]. In the present work they consider \({\mathcal C}\), the class of compact complex manifolds called Fujiki's class [\textit{A. Fujiki}, Invent. Math. 44, 225-258 (1978; Zbl 0367.32004)], which includes Kähler and Moishezon manifolds. Assume \(X\) is in \({\mathcal C}\) and \(G\) is a connected complex Lie group acting holomorphically on \(X\) with at least one, but only finitely many, compact orbits. The authors prove that \(X\) is a fiber bundle \(G\times_{I} F\), where \(G/I\) is the Albanese torus of \(X\) and \(F\) is the fiber of its Albanese map. They also show that in this setting \(F\) is connected and has first Betti number equal to zero.
