This paper is concerned with the analysis of some physical properties of cuprate superconductors. The authors studies and shows the plausibility of room temperature superconductivity. The paper is motivated by one of the major challenging problems in high-temperature superconductivity, namely, how to reproduce the observed phase diagrams of cuprate from the Nernst effect, displaying both the monotonously decreasing pseudo-gap temperature and the dome-shaped superconducting transition temperature in the plane of temperature versus hole concentration.
