The authors develop a technique in order to construct regular but not completely regular spaces. Modifying the approach used by [\textit{K. C. Ciesielski} and \textit{J. Wojciechowski}, Topol. Proc. 47, 313--329 (2016; Zbl 1331.54040)], they give a generalization of Mysior's example, and construct some counterexamples using the Niemytzki plane, the Sorgenfrey plane and some types of \(\Psi\)-spaces.
