Balmer introduced tensor triangulated geometry to study tensor triangulated categories by algebro-geometric methods. Given \((\mathcal{T},\otimes, \mathbf{1})\) an essentially small tensor triangulated category, Balmer defined a topological space \(\mathrm{Spec}\mathcal{T}\) which is called Balmer spectrum of \(\mathcal{T}\). In this paper, the author considers the Balmer spectrum of the right bounded derived category \(D^-\pmod{R}\) (\(R\) is a commutative Noetherian ring) which is a tensor triangulated category with respect to derived tensor product. Then He/She studies the topological properties of Balmer spectrum \(\mathrm{Spec}D^-\pmod{R}\). More preciseley, the author proves that if \(\mathrm{Spec}D^-\pmod{R}\) is a Noetherian space, then \(\mathrm{Spec}(R)\) is a finite set, and \(\mathrm{Spec}D^-\pmod{R}\) is connected if and only if \(\mathrm{Spec}(R)\) is so.
