The authors consider biparameter Calderón-Zygmund operator \(T\) (Journé operator) on \(\mathbb R^{\overrightarrow{n}}=\mathbb R^{n_1}\otimes \mathbb R^{n_2}\). Let \(\mu\) and \(\lambda\) are biparameter Muckenhoupt \(A_p(\mathbb R^{\overrightarrow{n}})\) weights, \(1 < p <\infty\) and \(\nu=\mu^{1/p}\lambda^{-1/p}\) (Bloom weight). Assume that symbol \(b\) is in the weighted little \(\mathrm{BMO}(\nu)\) on \(\mathbb R^{\overrightarrow{n}}\). The main result of the paper under review is the following upper bound of the commutator \[ \left\|[b,T]:L^p(\mu)\to L^p(\nu) \right\| \lesssim \|b\|_{\mathrm{BMO}(\nu)}. \] The following lower bound is also proved \[ \| b\|_{\mathrm{BMO}(\nu)} \lesssim \sup\limits_{1\leq k,l\leq n} \| [b, R_k^1 R_l^2]: L^p(\mu) \rightarrow L^p(\lambda)\|, \] where \(R_k^1\) and \(R_l^2\) are Riesz transforms acting in each variable. The authors also propose a much simplified proof for a one-weight bound for Journé operators originally due to \textit{R. Fefferman} [Am. J. Math. 110, No. 5, 975--987 (1988; Zbl 0665.42020); Ann. Math. (2) 126, 109--130 (1987; Zbl 0644.42017)]. In the unweighted case the results of the paper allow to deduce norm bounds for the iterated commutators \(\|[T_1,\ldots [T_l,b]\ldots]\|_{L^p(\mathbb R^{\vec{d}})\to L^p(\mathbb R^{\vec{d}})}\). The strategy of the proofs is based on the reduction of the problem of bounding the norm of the commutators \([b,\mathbb S_{\mathcal D}]\), where \(\mathbb S_{\mathcal D}\) a biparameter dyadic shift. The proof of the two-weight bound for \([b,\mathbb S_{\mathcal D}]\) is carried out by decomposing into paraproducts.
