A weight function is a continuous function \(v: [0,\infty)\to[0,\infty)\) which is non-increasing and rapidly decreasing, i.e., satisfying the condition \[ \lim_{r\to\infty} r^{m}v(r) = 0 \] for every \(m\in\mathbb{N}\). Given such a weight function \(v\), the corresponding weighted Banach space of entire functions is defined as \[ H_{v}^{\infty}(\mathbb{C}) := \{f\in H(\mathbb{C}): \|f\|_{v} <\infty\}, \] where \[ \|f\|_{v} := \sup_{z\in\mathbb{C}} v(|z|) |f(z)| \] and \(H(\mathbb{C})\) denotes the space of entire functions. The solid hull of a space \(A\) of complex sequences is defined as \[ S(A) := \{(c_n)_{n\in\mathbb{N}}: \exists (a_n)_{n\in\mathbb{N}}\in A\;\text{such that}\; |c_n|\leq |a_n|\;\text{for all}\;n\in\mathbb{N}\} \] and its solid core is \[ s(A) := \{(c_n)_{n\in\mathbb{N}}: (c_na_n)_{n\in\mathbb{N}}\in A\;\text{for all}\;(a_n)_{n\in\mathbb{N}}\in A\}. \] Identifying an entire function with the sequence of its Taylor coefficients, it is possible to consider the solid hull and the solid core of a weighted Banach space of entire functions. The main result of this article is the characterisation of the solid hull a large class of weighted Banach spaces of entire functions. In particular, a complete description of the solid hull of \(H_{v}^{\infty}(\mathbb{C})\) for weights of the form \(v(r)=\mathrm{e}^{-ar^p}\) for constants \(a>0\) and \(p>0\) is given. In addition, the article contains a description of the solid core of these spaces and a characterisation of certain spaces of multipliers for weighted Banach spaces of entire functions.
