For an oriented finite-volume hyperbolic \(n\)-manifold \(M\) with nonempty totally geodesic boundary, an \textit{orthogeodesic} is a geodesic arc perpendicular to the boundary of \(M\) at both ends, the \textit{orthospectrum} is the multiset of lengths of orthogeodesics counted with multiplicity. If \(M\) is compact, i.e. without cusps, \textit{M. Bridgeman} and \textit{J. Kahn} [Geom. Funct. Anal. 20, No. 5, 1210--1230 (2010; Zbl 1211.30053)] gave a formula for the volume of \(M\) by summing up a function \(F_n\) defined only on the orthospectrum of \(M\); in dimension \(n=2\), \textit{M. Bridgeman} [Geom. Topol. 15, No. 2, 707--733 (2011; Zbl 1226.32007)] found an explicit formula for \(F_2\) and extended it also to noncompact finite-volume hyperbolic surfaces with totally geodesic boundary and cusps. In the present paper, the authors generalize the formula to the case of noncompact finite-volume hyperbolic \(n\)-manifolds with nonempty geodesic boundary and cusps, for all \(n \geq 3\), by adding terms corresponding to intrinsic invariants of the boundary cusps.
