Redheffer type bounds for Bessel and modified Bessel functions of the first kind (Q1647750)

The authors extend the Redheffer type inequalities for trigonometric and hyperbolic functions to Bessel and modified Bessel functions of the first and second kind. The used methods are classical, and are based, besides Bessel functions, on the monotone form of l'Hospital's rule, as well as the known lemma on the monotonicity of power series.
