This paper deals with the behavior of the scattering matrix, in the semi-classical limit, for a one-dimensional Schrödinger operator with smooth (resp.\ real-analytic) potential $V(\xi)$ ($\xi\in\mathbb{R}$), integrable over $\mathbb{R}$, with a unique absolute maximum at $\xi=0$, near which $V(\xi)=1-\xi^2+O(\xi^3)$. \par The authors state the following as distinctive features of their work: (i) the error bounds are multiplicative rather than additive; (ii) they are uniform in a region of the form $|E-V(0)|+\hbar\ll 1$ rather than merely asymptotic ($E$ being the eigenvalue); (iii) they apply to $C^\infty$ (non-analytic) potentials. Methods are variations on earlier ones, based on the reduction of the problem to a perturbation of equation $w_{xx}=(a-x^2/4)w$. \par The paper is essentially a follow-up on [\textit{R. Donninger} et al., Commun. Math. Phys. 309, No. 1, 51--86 (2012; Zbl 1242.83054)] and [\textit{O. Costin} et al., Ann. Henri Poincaré 13, No. 6, 1371--1426 (2012; Zbl 1258.81038)].
