In one formulation mirror symmetry -- as formulated for Fano manifolds \(X\) -- compares the Dubrovin connection (or quantum differential equations) associated to \(X\) on the A-side with the Gauss-Manin connection (or Picard-Fuchs differential operator) associated to a mirror family of open Calabi-Yau manifolds (the B-side). Since every del Pezzo surface is either a smooth toric variety or a complete intersection in a Fano toric orbifold this formulation of mirror Symmetry follows from Givental's famous mirror theorem, and the quantum Lefschetz principle of Coates-Givental. This article concerns an extension of this result to log del Pezzo surfaces with \(\frac{1}{3}(1,1)\) singularities. In this setting the Fano (A-side) has an orbifold structure, and the expected mirror correspondence relates Quntum Differential equations defined using quantum cohomology for Deligne-Mumford stacks. On the mirror side the authors consider a family of (affine) varieties incorporating parameters corrresponding to junior classes in Chen-Ruan cohomology. The article provides a detailed and lucid account of the notions of quantum period, toric stacks, and Chen-Ruan cohomology. The article also describes, and makes use of, Givental's symplectic formalism as well as the quantum Lefschetz principle and abelian/non-abelian correspondence. These methods are brought to bear on the list of log del Pezzo surfaces with \(\frac{1}{3}(1,1)\) singularities, as classified by \textit{A. Corti} and \textit{L. Heuberger} [Manuscr. Math. 153, No. 1--2, 71--118 (2017; Zbl 1375.14056)]. The result is the extension of the mirror correspondence known for del~Pezzo surfaces and Fano threefolds [\textit{T. Coates} et al., Geom. Topol. 20, No. 1, 103--256 (2016; Zbl 1348.14105)] to this class of orbifold surfaces. This paper forms part of a larger project set out in [\textit{M. Akhtar} et al., Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 144, No. 2, 513--527 (2016; Zbl 1360.14106)]. In particular the main result of this paper forms evidence for Conjecture B of that paper. This conjecture proposes that the correspondence obtained here extends to generic \(\mathbb{Q}\)-Gorenstein deformations of toric surfaces.
