The Volume Conjecture, which is still very much open at present, predicts that for a hyperbolic knot its hyperbolic volume and the sequence of values \(|J_n(e^{2\pi\sqrt{-1}/n})|\) of the colored Jones polynomials at roots of unity are asymptotically related. Generalisations of the invariants \(J_n(e^{2\pi\sqrt{-1}/n})\) have been introduced by Reshetikhin-Turaev and Turaev-Viro and in this paper the authors propose generalisations of the Volume Conjecture to this setting, and present numerical evidence supporting these conjectures. There are two statements, one dealing with the absolute value (the Turaev-Viro invariant) which is a direct generalisation of the Volume Conjecture and the other with the full Reshetikhin-Turaev invariant (where the Chern-Simons invariant appears as the argument of the limit). The authors also present in Section 5 an integrality conjecture for the values of these invariants for torus knots.
