The authors propose an interesting algebraic approach to the concept of almost analyticity with respect to a quadratic endomorphism \(T,\) replacing the differential \(1\)-forms by elements from a commutative and associative algebra \(\mathcal{A}\) and the vector fields by derivations of \(\mathcal{A}\). They prove some properties for the almost analytic \(1\)-forms \(\omega \), namely \(\omega \) and \(T\omega \) are simultaneous closed or not and, the vanishing of the interior product of \(\omega \) with the conjugate of Nijenhuis tensor of \(T\). In particular, if \(\mathcal{A}\) is the algebra of smooth functions on a given manifold the classical notion of almost analytic \(1\)-form is recovered. As an application the authors consider the Riemann-Finsler geometry \( (N,F)\), endowed with an almost complex structure, an almost para-complex structure and a \(1\)-form for which the Hermitian type property is emphasized. The almost analytic functions and two types of gradient Ricci solitons on the tangent bundle of \((N,F),\) are also studied.
