The target of the present paper is to prove order-sharp norm-resolvent convergence estimates for partial differential elliptic operators with periodic rapidly oscillating coefficients for a wide class of underlying periodic measures. A key ingredient is the Floquet transform applied in the framework of quasiperiodic functions.
