A parabolic conformally symplectic structure is a parabolic almost conformally symplectic structure with a certain normalization condition on the corresponding canonical connection on the tangent bundle. This paper relates such structures to parabolic contact structures. Namely, if a parabolic contact structure possesses a transversal infinitesimal symmetry, then the (local) quotient space has a natural parabolic conformally symplectic structure. Conversely, any parabolic contact structure arises from a parabolic conformally symplectic structure via a parabolic version of contactification. The second part of the paper extends these results to an analogous correspondence between contact projective structures and conformally Fedosov structures. For Part I, see [the authors, Forum Math. 30, No. 3, 733--751 (2018; Zbl 1405.53042)].
