      Summary: This paper is concerned with the regularity criterion of weak solutions to the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations with nonlinear damping in critical weak \(L^q\) spaces. It is proved that if the weak solution satisfies \(\int_0^T ((\|\nabla u_1\|_{L^{q, \infty}}^{2 q /(2 q - 3)} + \|\nabla u_2\|_{L^{q, \infty}}^{2 q / (2 q - 3)}) / (1 + \ln (e + \|\nabla u\|_{L^2}^2))) d s < \infty\), \(q > 3 / 2\), then the weak solution of Navier-Stokes equations with nonlinear damping is regular on \((0, T]\).
