The main purpose of the present paper is to extend the results, obtained in the first Part [the authors, Can. J. Math. 70, No. 3, 481--514 (2018; Zbl 1401.14053)], for a fibration \(f:X\rightarrow \mathbb{P}^1\) with general fiber defined by \(y^p=x^a(1-x)^b(t-x)^{p-b}\), to more general fibraionts, which the authors call hypergeometric fibrations. Let \(f:X\rightarrow\mathbb{P}^1\) be such a fibration and let \(f^{(\ell)}:X^{(\ell)}\rightarrow\mathbb{P}^1\) be a desingularization of the base change of \(X\) by the map \(t\mapsto t^{\ell}\). Their first main result is a period formula, which describes the periods of \(H^2(X^{(\ell)})\) in terms of gamma values, and the second main result is a regulator formula, which describes the Beilinson regulator. More precisely the second result shows that there are motivic elements \(\xi\) arising from the union of the singular fibers of \(f^{(\ell)}\) over \(\mu_{\ell}\) such that \(reg(\xi)\) can be described in terms of special values of the generalized hypergeometric function \({}_3F_2\).
