This rather technical paper deals with singularities in Yang-Mills flows. The main achievement are structure theorems on the singular set for the Yang-Mills flow in \(n \geq 4\) dimensions, where the main result is a weak compactness theorem. Some theorems on closed vector bundles over closed Riemannian manifolds are listed in the introduction. Section 2 reviews the background of the Yang-Mills flow and its key properties dealing with the weak solutions of Yang-Mills flows. The background connection on the vector bundle is defined. Monotonicity formulas are observed and stated in Section 3, especially on energy and entropy. Weak compactness and limit measures are discussed in Section 4. Here the weak compactness theorem is stated and proven and Lemmas on gauge equivalences of smooth solutions which are weak solutions are given. In Section 5 tangent measures and their stratification are discussed; parabolic and Euclidean dilatations are defined. Furthermore, Lemmas on the existence and invariance of Radon measures are proven. Finally, in Section 6 the characterization of strong convergence is given, where a more precise theorem already stated in the introduction is formulated and proven on a sequence of smooth solutions.
