Let \(\Gamma\) be a quasi-Fuchsian group in PSL\((2, \mathbb{C})\) and \(\Omega_1\) and \(\Omega_2\) be its regions of discontinuity. Then \(X=\Omega_1/\Gamma\) and \(X=\Omega_2/\Gamma\) be two Riemman surfaces. We assume that \(X\) and \(Y\) are hyperbolic. Then the deformation space of the space \(\Gamma\) is the product of the deformation space of \(X\) and \(Y\). The Liouville action is a function on their conformal metrics. In the paper [\textit{L. A. Takhtajan} and \textit{L.-P. Teo}, Commun. Math. Phys. 239, No. 1--2, 183--240 (2003; Zbl 1065.30046)] \(\Omega\) contains only loxidromic elements. Moreover, \textit{J. Park} et al. [Adv. Math. 305, 856--894 (2017; Zbl 1353.14044)] assumed that the group \(G\) contains only loxidromic and parabolic elements. This paper is a continuation of these two papers. The authors assume that the group \(\Omega\) contains loxidromic, parabolic and elliptic elements and the corresponding Liouville action is based on the homology and cohomology construction. In particular, the contribution of elliptic elements is estimated.
