The authors study discrete \(p\)-robust \(H\) (div)-liftings and a posteriori estimates for elliptic problems with \(H^{-1}\) source terms. They first present some notations and then present the equlibrated flux reconstruction in the setting of \(H^{-1}\) source terms. Later, they prove theorems and give in the appendix applications to illustrate the results discussed related to a posterior error estimation on meshes.
