The author continues the study of rectifiable measures on Euclidean space. A set \(E\subseteq \mathbb R^n\) is said to be \textit{countably \((\mu,m)\) rectifiable of class \(\mathcal C^{1,\alpha}\)} if it is covered by a countable family of \(m\)-submanifolds of class \(\mathcal C^{1,\alpha}\) (up to a \(\mu\)-null set). A notion of curvature for a measure is defined which generalizes the integral Menger curvature of the measure. The author proves that if this generalized notion of curvature is finite and the measure has finite and positive densities, then \(\mathbb R^n\) is countably \((\mu,m)\) rectifiable of class \(\mathcal C^{1,\alpha}\) and is absolutely continuous with respect to the \(m\)-Hausdorff measure. The introduction does a great job of describing past results in the area, connecting the generalized notion of curvature to past notions, and outlining the main theorem's proof.
