The authors prove a novel result regarding a chord arc type bound for CMC disks embedded in the Euclidean 3-space. This result generalizes a similar result that was published by \textit{T. H. Colding} and \textit{W. P. Minicozzi} [Ann. Math. (2) 167, No. 1, 211--243 (2008; Zbl 1142.53012)], for embedded minimal disks. The proof is purely analytic and topological. The paper is very well written and suitable for a large audience, including researchers in differential geometry, and graduate students.
