In this paper, the notions of Poisson-Lie groups and Lie bialgebras are extended from Poisson to \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-Poisson geometry. In Section 2, the notion of \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-Poisson manifold [\textit{A. Alekseev} et al., Can. J. Math. 54, No. 1, 3--29 (2002; Zbl 1006.53072)] and some of its properties are recalled. In Section 3, the notions of \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-Poisson Lie group and Lie \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-bialgebra are introduced. Moreover, a connection between these notions is given, and some examples are presented. Section 4 refers to the Manin quadruples. As main result, an equivalence between Lie \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-bialgebras and Manin quadruples is pointed out. In Section 5, the construction of the \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-Poisson groups is given. In fact, under some conditions, an 1-connected Lie group becomes a \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-Poisson group. Section 6 deals with developing of the theory of moment maps, as known from the case of Lie bialgebras and Poisson-Lie groups, for the Lie \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-bialgebras and \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-Poisson Lie groups. In Section 7, in the frame of moduli spaces of flat connections on surfaces with marked points on the boundary, the following examples are presented: \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-Poisson Lie groups as moduli spaces, moment map from 3 marked points, and moment map from 2 marked points. As the authors have specified, ``One of the main reason for introducing \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-Poisson Lie groups and Lie \(\mathfrak{g}\)-quasi-bialgebras is that they can be quantized to braided Hopf algebras.'' In the final section, this quantization procedure is given.
