The paper is devoted to the construction of an ``enhanced'' version \(\mathfrak{S}\mathsf{Lie}^{\text{MC}}_{\infty}\) of the category of shifted \(L_{\infty}\)-algebras which enjoys the distinguished property that every \(\mathfrak{S}\mathsf{Lie}^{\text{MC}}_{\infty}\)-enriched category can be integrated to a simplicial one whose mapping spaces are Kan complexes. This construction is the key tool used in [\textit{V. A. Dolgushev} et al., Adv. Math. 274, 562--605 (2015; Zbl 1375.18053)] to provide a simplicial model of a \((\infty,1)\)-category whose objects are homotopy algebras of a fixed type. Namely, \(\mathfrak{S}\mathsf{Lie}^{\text{MC}}_{\infty}\) is the symmetric monoidal category of shifted \(L_{\infty}\)-algebras equipped with a complete descending filtration and of ``enhanced'' morphisms between them (their definition involves continuous \(\infty\)-morphisms and twisting by Maurer-Cartan elements). The integration procedure is a variant of the Deligne-Getzler-Hinich construction [\textit{E. Getzler}, Ann. Math. (2) 170, No. 1, 271--301 (2009; Zbl 1246.17025)].
