The doubly parabolic Keller-Segel model of chemotaxis-growth with a logistic source term is studied in bounded, not necessarily convex, domains with the homogeneous Neumann boundary condition. The author derives quite precise conditions on the size of the logistic term which prevent finite time chemotactic blow-up and lead to global in time, bounded solutions which converge to constant steady states.
