Let \(\{ D_t \}\) be a smooth family of smoothly bounded \(n\)-dimensional Stein domains and let \(\mathcal L\) be a holomorphic line bundle on the total space \(D\) with a smooth Hermitian metric \(h\) on \(\mathcal L\). The author considers a family of Bergman spaces \(\mathcal H = \{ \mathcal H_t \}\), where \(\mathcal H_t\) is the space of holomorphic \(\mathcal L |_{D_t}\)-valued \((n,0)\)-forms on \(D_t\). It is assumed that \(\mathcal L\) is flat or relatively ample. It is shown that the curvature of \(\mathcal H\) contains a geodesic term and a remaining term which is always semi-positive in the sense of Nakano. The geodesic term is also semi-positive if the total space is pseudoconvex and if \(\mathcal L\) is semi-positive on the total space \(D\). As an application it is proved that for a pseudoconvex total space \(D\) and a non-negative holomorphic line bundle \(\mathcal L\) the function \(\log \|f\|\) is plurisubharmonic for every holomorphic section \(f\) of the dual of \(\mathcal H\). This can be seen as a generalization of Prekopa's theorem that \(t\mapsto -\log \int_{\mathbb R^n} e^{-\phi (t,x)}\, dx\) is convex if \(\phi (x,t)\) is convex in \(t\) and \(x\).
