    Block frames and Wannier bases are useful tools for the study of insulators, and herein, one shows how one can construct these elements for the three-dimensional family of projections. The strategy is to extend to \(D^3\) the technique already used for \(D^2\). Firstly, one states the paper main result obtained for the selected strategy to construct a Block frame for the three-dimensional family of projections. One builds up Block frames by using induction on the dimension, and the proofs are detailed. Then one constructs the multi-step logarithm (rank 2 and the general rank).
