The authors consider the following fractional nonlinear fractional magnetic Schrödinger equation, denoted by \((*)_{A,\varepsilon,\alpha,K}\cdot\) \[ \varepsilon^{2\alpha}(-\Delta)^{\alpha}_{\varepsilon^{-1}A(x)}u+V(x)u =G(x,u)\text{ in }\mathbb R^n, \] where \(G(x,u)=f(x,|u|)+K(x)|u|^{2^*_\alpha-2}u\), such that \(2^*_\alpha=\frac{2n}{n-2\alpha}\), \(\alpha\in(0,1)\), \(\varepsilon>0\), \(V\) is the real-valued electric potential, \(A\) represents the \(\mathbb R^n\)-valued magnetic potential, \((-\Delta)^\alpha_{\varepsilon^{-1}A(x)}\) stands for the magnetic fractional Laplacian operator defined as the limit of an integral function, \(K\) is a positive function, and \(f(\cdot,\cdot)\) is a real-valued continuous function on \(\mathbb R^n\times\mathbb R\). A solution of \((*)_{A,1,1,0}\) has been already conducted. By assuming meaningful conditions, the authors provide a solution \(u_\varepsilon\) of \((*)_{A,\varepsilon,\alpha,K}\) in \(X_\varepsilon\), a proper subspace of \((H^\alpha_{\varepsilon^{-1}A(x)}, [ \;\cdot\;]_{\alpha,\varepsilon^{-1}A(x)})\), the fractional magnetic Sobolev space endowed with \([\;\cdot\;]_{\alpha,\varepsilon^{-1}A(x)}\), the magnetic-Gagliardo semi-norm, besides the \(X_\varepsilon\)-norm of \(u_\varepsilon\) goes to zero whenever \(\varepsilon\) is close to zero (Theorem 1.1). Precisely, for having a solution associated to \((*)_{A,\varepsilon,\alpha,K}\), the conditions are: \(V,A\) ought to be continuous such that the minimum of \(V\) , on \(\mathbb R^n\), is equal to zero, the set \(V^{-1}((-\infty,a))\) has a finite Lebesgue measure for some positive number \(a\), \(K\) is bounded, \(f(x,t)\in (c_1t^{q-2},c_2(1+t^{p-2}))\) for \((p,q)\in( 2,2_\alpha^*)\), \(c_1,c_2\) are some positive constants and \((x,t)\in \mathbb R^n\times \mathbb R_+\) and the limit of \(f(x,t)\) is equal to zero when \(t\) is close to zero, \(\mu\int_0^tsf(x,s)ds\leq t^2f(x,t)\) for some \(\mu>2\), and \(\varepsilon\in(0,\varepsilon_0)\) where \(\varepsilon_0\) is a fixed positive number. By assuming again these latter conditions and \(f(\cdot,\cdot)\) is an odd function w.r.t. the second component, the authors state that there are nontrivial weak solutions of \((*)_{0,\varepsilon,\alpha,K}\) (Theorem 5.1).
