When two equal point masses are sufficiently far apart in relation to their mass, the resulting gravitational potential is externally equivalent to that of two disjoint balls of unit density. Otherwise, in the case of the plane, a straightforward formula has long been known for the associated quadrature domain (gravi-equivalent body), which is called a Neumann oval. The authors now give an explicit description of the analogous quadrature domain in four dimensions, which they call a Neumann ovaloid, and provide a graphical representation of it based on numerical methods.
