The paper deals with the asymptotic behaviour of solutions to the stationary Navier-Stokes equation in exterior domains of the two dimensional hyperbolic space. Precisely, given \(a,R_0>0\) and consider \(\Omega(R_0)=\mathbb{H}^2(-a^2)\setminus \overline{B_O(R_0)},\) where \(B_O(R_0)\) is a geodesic ball in a hyperbolic plane \(\mathbb{H}^2(-a^2)\) with constant sectional curvature \(-a^2,\) and \(O\) is a fixed base point in \(\mathbb{H}^2(-a^2).\) The authors study the stationary Navier-Stokes equation in \(\Omega(R_0)\) \[ \begin{cases} 2\text{Def}^*\text{Def}\, v+\nabla_vv+\text{d}P=0,&\\ \text{d}^*v=0, \end{cases} \] where \(P\) is a smooth function in \(\Omega(R_0),\) \(2\text{Def}^*\text{Def}\, v=-2\text{div}\,\text{Def}\,v\) with \(\text{Def}\) being the deformation tensor, written as \[ (\text{Def}\,v)_{ij}=\dfrac{1}{2}\big( \nabla_iv_j+\nabla_jv_i\big). \] The authors show that if a smooth \(1\)-form \(v\) solves the above equation, and \[ \int_{\Omega(R_0)} |\nabla v|^2_a\text{Vol}_{\mathbb{H}^2(-a^2)}<\infty, \] then \[ \lim_{\rho(x)\to\infty}\|v\|_{L^\infty(B_x(r(a)))}=0, \] where \(\rho(x)\) is the geodesic distance from \(x\) to the center \(O\) of the obstacle \(B_O(R_0)\) in \(\mathbb{H}^2(-a^2),\) and \[ r(a)=\dfrac{1}{a}\log\left(\dfrac{1+3e^a}{3+e^a}\right). \]
